AR System Email Mailbox Configuration form

Use the AR System Email Mailbox Configuration form to create mailboxes and specify their use. For each mailbox, the form provides a name and email address for the mailbox administrator, actions associated with the mailbox, connection and security provisions, and defaults. For more information, see Configuring-outgoing-mailboxes and Configuring-incoming-mailboxes.

The AR System Email Mailbox Configuration form has an add-on Test button that calls the Email Connectivity Tool and validates your mailbox, providing detailed information if there are any problems.  For more information, see the article on BMC Communities Email Engine Mailbox Configuration Test Button - ARSystem Email Engine.
