Configuring AR System server and email

You can configure  and email only for on-premises deployment.

Follow the given procedures to configure  and Email engine.

To configure the 

  1. Log on to a browser as an  administrator.
  2. Open the  Administration Console, and select System > General > Server Information.
  3. In the Server Information window, click the Advanced tab and, if it is not already set, set the Default Web Path field to the mid-tier web path URL (for example, http://midTierServer:<portNumber>/arsys).

To configure email

Follow the steps in the Allowing-and-securing-modify-actions-through-incoming-emails section. In step 7 of that procedure, set the Use Security Key field value to No instead of Yes.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
