To create an approval request form

  1. In Developer Studio, create a regular form and add any fields necessary for requesters to create an approval request.

  2. Set the field permissions and default values on the core fields of your approval request form as shown in the following table.
    Setting these permissions allows approvers to change the fields. Otherwise, the fields listed in the table can be modified only by the AR System server administrator.
