VIPCON E-Bonding Runbook for BMC Atrium Orchestrator was developed as a Remedy Deployable Application. This includes two new groups / roles that users and administrators must add the ITSM user profile to work with E-Bonding Runbook.

Below the groups and roles are described.

Role BGI User

The role BGI User has access to following main forms:

• E-Bonding Runbook KPI Console
• E-Bonding Runbook Log Console

Role BGI Admin

The role BGI Admin must always be configured in combination with the role BGI User. A BGI Administrator therefore must always be a BGI User and BGI Admin in its ITSM Admin user profile.
 Thus, the E-Bonding Runbook has Admin access to the following main forms:

• E-Bonding Runbook Partner Configuration
• E-Bonding Runbook Platform Configuration
• E-Bonding Runbook KPI Console
• E-Bonding Runbook Log Console

Allocation of BGI groups

The allocation of BGI groups to ITSM persons / users via the standard user configuration of ITSM Suite.
Access: Application Administration Console > Foundation > People
The two groups " BGI User" and " BGI Admin" can be assigned to a user as usual via the "Update Permission Groups".
