E-Bonding Runbook Partner Configuration
The "E-Bonding Runbook Partners Configuration" form is the central point for configuring a new E-Bonding Runbook partner system. Here you can
- Create / modify / delete new Partners with E-Bonding Runbook
- Add / delete Support Group Mappings to E-Bonding Runbook Partners
- Activate / deactivate E-Bonding Runbook Messages of the Partner
Access: The "BGI User" and the "BGI Admin" permissions are required for access

Partner Management
In the "Partner Management" may have different E-Bonding Runbook partner to manage incl. Settings.

Create E-Bonding Runbook Partner
With this dialog, a new E-Bonding Runbook interface partner can be configured.

Modify E-Bonding Runbook Partner
With this dialog, the configuration of a E-Bonding Runbook interface partners can be changed.

Partner Details
The "Partner Details" by default "collapsed". Clicking on the logo can open it.
There are the details of a configured partner record displayed. The displayed data field change depending on the selected record in the Partner Management.

The area displays the following fields:

Max. Retries | This setting controls the max. Number of retries for sending a message to the interface partner in case of error. |
Retry Offset (sec) | This is the number of seconds that is added to the platform Retry Scheduler (offset). |
GRID | AO Enabler Setting - Grid Name of E-Bonding Runbook Outbound Enabler for the interfaces partners. |
Service URL | AO Enabler Setting - Service URL of the E-Bonding Runbook Outbound Enabler for the interfaces partners. |
User | AO Enabler Setting - AO User Name E-Bonding Runbook Outbound Enabler for the interfaces partners. |
Password | AO Enabler Setting - AO user password of E-Bonding Runbook Outbound Enabler for the interfaces partners. |
Module Name | AO Enabler Setting - module name of E-Bonding Runbook Outbound Enabler for the interfaces partners. |
Adapter Name | Name of the Partner ARS Adapters – This adapter contains the Interface User the Partner operates with in ITSM |
Attachment Root | The path of the temporary attachment folder on the Atrium Orchestrator server that is used for the partner |
Partner Groups
In this area, the mappings between a E-Bonding Runbook partner and several ITSM Support Groups are configured.
The assignment of one or more ITSM Support Groups to a E-Bonding Runbook partner is crucial. E-Bonding Runbook controls the initials shipping a ticket to partners about the attached Support Group.

Example Incident Management Groups
Shown in the above case, a new / existing Incident ticket is always sent first to the interface partner "VIPCON-AMAZON" once the Support Group "E-Bonding-AMAZON" appears as Assignee Group or Owner Group.
From this point, updates are always sent to the partner. Whatever Owner or Assignee Group currently stored. This continuous adjustment can only be ended by the partner system, in which an incUnsubscribeTicket call is made.
Add E-Bonding Runbook Partner Group
With this dialog, a new support group is associated with a E-Bonding Runbook partner.

The following actions can be performed:

Note: The Support Group menus used here use the normal ITSM Support Group data.
Partner Messages
This area shows the available E-Bonding Runbook messages. Both, inbound and outbound. The "Status" column tells whether each message is enabled or disabled.

The following actions can be performed in the field "partner Messages":

Enable | Activation of the message for the selected partner. |
Disable | Deactivation of the message for the selected partner. |
Note: If a message was a partner, for example, disabled and the partner system should still send this message to E-Bonding Runbook, then this is checked and the message is rejected.
Partner Synchronization
For performance reasons, configured E-Bonding Runbook partner in ITSM be synchronized to the AO platform down. Any change of a E-Bonding Runbook partner is indicated by the reference to the Partner Configuration surface.

If an administrator has completed the construction or reconfiguration of a partner, then he must establish the synchronism between ITSM and AO again by pressing the button "Synchronize" in the lower pane of the console. Only from this point on are the configurations active.
