Provisioning of the E-Bonding Runbook File Share

E-Bonding Runbook requires a file share that is used to store attachments temporarily.
 After the installation of the E-Bonding Runbook components is finished, a new mount point must be configured.
Information for administrators:

• The mount needs to be configured and accessible on all BAO platform peer servers (CDPs, APs) the same way.
• Example: on all servers is the same share folder /ebondingshare available
• The BAO system user (the user that operates the BAO services) requires full read/write permissions for the shared folder.

Important note for the configuration of E-Bonding Runbook Partner systems:
 If E-Bonding Runbook Partner systems are enabled for E-Bonding Runbook and require the exchange of attachments, then the file share needs to be accessible by those systems as well to store attachment files temporarily.
