Accepting a problem investigation assignment
As a support agent, you can accept any problem investigation that is assigned to your support group.
To accept an assignment
- Open the relevant problem investigation by selecting it from the Problems table and clicking View.
- In the Navigation pane, choose Quick Actions > Assign to Me.
If you belong to more than one support group, you are prompted to select the group you want the problem investigation assigned to. - Select the support group.
- From the Status field, select Under Investigation.
- Click Save.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
