Viewing incident request records


When you want to view the incident record in detail, double-click the incident request in the Incidents table. Fields on the form display the incident status and other information related to the incident. System administrator can set permission in the Applications Permission Model to view the incident request. For more information, see System Settings.



 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
