Removing relationships


Use the following procedure to remove a relationship.

To remove a relationship

  1. Open the incident request or problem investigation record.
  2. Click the Relationships tab.
  3. In the Relationships table, select the relationship you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Click Yes when prompted to confirm the removal.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
