Troubleshooting security incident issues
Issue scope
You perform the following steps:
- Upgrade to version 20.02.
- From the Incident Management Console, create a security incident by selecting the Security Incident option from Incident Type.
Resolution
Modify the required category on the Standard Configuration tab in the Application Administration Console in Remedy IT Service Management.
