Changing status to in progress


You can change status of an incident to In Progress by using the following procedure.

To change status of an incident to in progress

  1. Tap an incident request record that has a status of Assigned.
     The record is displayed and the Actions button appears above the details pane.
  2. Tap Actions.
  3. Tap Next Stage
  4. Tap Done.
  5. Tap Submit Changes.
     The status of the incident is set to In Progress.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
