Canceling incidents


Use this procedure to cancel an incident request.

To cancel an incident request

  1. Tap an incident request record that has a status of In Progress or Assigned.
     The record is displayed and the Actions button appears above the details pane.
  2. Tap Actions.
  3. Tap Cancel.
     The status is set to Canceled. If the incident was broadcast, the broadcast is removed.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
