This page describes how to launch the the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management application.
To launch the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management application
- On the screen of your mobile device, tap the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management icon.
 - Enter the IP address or server name of the BMC Remedy ITSM gateway.
 Enter the port number used to connect to the server.
- Tap Save.
 - Enter the logon name and password.
 - Tap Login.
A tile view of incident records is displayed as shown in Viewing-incidents. 
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
