Launching the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management application


This page describes how to launch the the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management application. 

To launch the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management application

  1. On the screen of your mobile device, tap the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management icon.
  2. Enter the IP address or server name of the BMC Remedy ITSM gateway.
  3. Enter the port number used to connect to the server.

    Note

    If you are a BMC Remedy OnDemand customer:
     Server name = nextgen.onbmc.com
     Port = 2042

  4. Tap Save.
  5. Enter the logon name and password.
  6. Tap Login.
     A tile view of incident records is displayed as shown in Viewing-incidents.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
