Remedy ITSM Process Designer


As an administrator, you can use the Remedy ITSM process designer to build and implement processes for requests, such as change and service requests, in Remedy ITSM.

The Remedy ITSM Process Designer was last updated for version 9.1. Since then, the user experience of Remedy ITSM Process Designer has aged, and BMC has delivered alternative options for visual process definition.
