Mapping system roles to BMC Change Management roles

You can map various system roles to the Remedy Change Management users.

System role

Corresponds to

Application Manager

  • Users having the Change Coordinator role
  • Users having the Change Manager role
  • Users having the Change Master permission

Application Implementer

Users belonging to the Change Implementer support group

Application Requester

Users that are entered in the following fields:

  • Submitted by
  • Requested by
  • Requested for
