Preliminary tasks
Before you begin configuring Task Management System (TMS), ensure that the following tasks have been completed:
- People and Company records have been created. For more information, see People information.
- Change and Configuration Management configuration has been completed (if using with BMC BladeLogic Client Automation).
- LDAP configuration has been completed. For information, see Configuring LDAP with TMS on The AR System server.
