Running reconciliation jobs

Unsupported parameter for macro: size, name Due of this, the macro might have some unexpected results.

Discovered data is imported to BMC Atrium CMDB in an import dataset specific to the discovery product. Discovered data must be reconciled from the import datasets into the production dataset, which is BMC Asset. Reconciliation combines the data from multiple datasets into the production BMC Asset dataset where the data can then be used by consuming applications.

Note

Reconciliation is an important pre-requisite for Software License Management (SWLM) because SWLM uses data only from the production dataset. If data is not reconciled to the production dataset, Software licensing cannot use the data and the information about software deployed in your environment will be incorrect.
