Configuring email-based approvals

Approval notification messages for email-based approvals are pre-configured for BMC Remedy ITSM applications. By default, email-based approvals are enabled by default.

Email-based approvals require that the BMC Remedy AR System Email Engine be configured to support the Modify operation for incoming emails.
