Navigating Visual Boards

The following image highlights how to use Fusion Visual Boards:

  1. After the successful deployment and configuration of Fusion Visual Boards, click on Visual Boards > Visit Deployed Application or use the direct link to the application: 
    https://ENVIRONMENT-SPECIFIC-SUBDOMAIN.onbmc.com/innovationsuite/index.html#/com.fusiongbs.visual
  2. Visual Boards open up with Kanban view for BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix Business Workflows.
  3. In BMC Helix Business Workflows, Visual Boards offers Kanban boards for cases and tasks with company and flow sets and dynamic status values with callouts for possible transitions. Visual Boards in both BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Business Workflows support opening a quick edit blade and opening objects in Smart IT. 
  4. The Business Workflows tab shows the Kanban board for Cases and Tasks. 
  5. ITSM tab shows the Single-source Kanban board for Incident and Work orders and the Multi-source board for Incident and Work orders.
