Kanban Board Configuration
This section shows the different options to configure a Kanban Board.
- Single-Source—Kanban Boards in the Single-Source mode display data from a single record definition. The lanes will be auto-generated based on the available status options.
- Multi-source — Kanban Boards in Multi-Source allow the presentation of different record definitions at once. The instances are grouped into custom lanes, based on rules, that can be defined in design time. For example, pending and assigned incidents can be grouped into a Backlog lane together with pending work orders.
