Accessing and navigating Fusion Visual Boards


How to use Fusion Visual Boards

  1. After the successful deployment and configuration of Fusion Visual Boards – click on Visual Boards – Visit Deployed Application or use the direct link to the application:  https://CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC-URL/innovationsuite/index.html#/com.fusiongbs.visual
  2. Fusion Visual Boards comes up with Kanban view for BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix Business Workflows.
  3. In BMC Helix Business Workflows, Visual Boards offers Kanban boards for cases and tasks with company and flow sets and dynamic status values with callouts for possible transitions. Visual Boards in both BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Business Workflows supports opening a quick edit blade and opening objects in Smart IT. 
  4. The Business Workflows tab shows the Kanban board for Cases and Tasks. 
  5. ITSM tab shows the Single-source Kanban board for Incident and Workorder and Multi-source board for Incident and Workorder.
  6. Fusion Visual Boards has functional roles, that can be granted to users. That controls visibility. A person, that just has the role  "Visual Board ITSM user" can create and view Kanban boards for Incident and Workorder. 
  7. A person, that just has the role  "Visual Board BWF user" can create and view Kanban boards for Cases and Tasks.
