Timecard manager dashboard
The Timecard Manager Dashboard provides a console for Resource Managers to see the timecards logged for other users.
This dashboard is accessible to Resource Managers and Resource Masters.
To access the Timecard Manager Dashboard, log in to Agility Suite application and click Resources > Resource Timecards.
The following figure shows the options once you access Timecard Manager Dashboard.

Access menus | Navigate to the following options available in Fusion Agility Suite:

Shows the notifications for your profile. For example, when a project task is assigned to the currently logged in user, they will get a notification that will appear under this bell icon. | ||
The menu displays the following user options:

Shows the configuration settings in Fusion Agility Suite, Administering. | ||
Reports: Click to launch the Reporting dashboard and access reports. | ||
2 | Workspace | List of timecards of the resource name. |
3 | Timecard ID | Open a timecard. |
4 | Resource Name | Enter or select the name of the user that you want to consult the timecards. |
5 | Layouts | The Dashboard helps you manage all the timecards that Resource Name has logged, in 3 different layouts: Week, Month and All. By default the dashboard opens in the 'Week' layout, this can be changed via the buttons on the top of the page.
You can see the sum of the hours of timecards logged at the top of the page, the sum is based on the layout that you are currently using. For example: If the current layout is week, then you will see the sum of hours of timecards for the respective week. |
6 | Functions | Only available if Resource Name selected is the manager user logged.

7 | Search grid | Search for timecards by entering the keywords or timecard ID. |
8 | Filter the listed records by entering or selecting values. For example, you want to view timecards that are in approved status. To view these records, in the Filter list, select Approved from the Status field and click Apply. You can use preset filters that are readily available to narrow down your search. Preset filters are filters that are available out of the box. Learn more about creating filters in Defining filter presets to search records. | |
