Managing my timecard templates console


Timecard Templates can be managed from the Manage My Timecard Templates page.

Users creates Timecard Templates to make the timecard creation process more streamlined. For example: if you have a timecard that you submit every week, you create a template out of that timecard and use that template every time you create that timecard.

The page is accessible by Resource contributors, Resource Managers, and Resource Masters.

To access to Manage My Timecard Templates, log in to the Agility Suite application and go User > Log Timecards, on the Timecard Dashboard page click Template Administration

The following figure shows the options once you access 'Manage My Timecard Templatespage.

Access menus

Navigate to the following options available in Fusion Agility Suite:

Shows the notifications for your profile.

For example, when a project task is assigned to the currently logged in user, they will get a notification that will appear under this bell icon.

The menu displays the following user options:

  • My Qualifications: access My Qualifications where users can relate and manage qualifications.

  • Log Timecards: access the Timecard Dashboards console where users can enter a new timecard.

  • My Preferences: enter the preferred language of the user.

  • Sign Out: log out.

Reports: Click to launch the Reporting dashboard and access reports.

Template Name

Open a timecard template.

Functions

  • New Template: click to create a new timecard template.
  • Delete Template: click to delete a timecard template selected on workspace.

Search grid

Search for timecard templates by entering the keywords or name of template.

Filter the listed records by entering or selecting values.

For example, you want to view timecard templates that are in 'Active' status. To view these records, in the Filter list, select Active from the Status field and click Apply.

You can use preset filters that are readily available to narrow down your search. Preset filters are filters that are available out of the box. Learn more about creating filters in Defining filter presets to search records.
