Resource qualifications console

Resource Qualifications is a console that is used for managing the qualifications for all members of a resource group.

This console is accessible by Resource Masters and Resource managers. These users can view all resource groups, their members, and the qualifications that the members have.

To access Resource Qualifications Console, log in to the Agility Suite application and click Resources > Resources Qualifications.

The following table describes the Resource Qualifications UI elements:

	Access menus	Navigate to the following options available in Fusion Agility Suite: Dashboard: The dashboard is visible to resource contributors, resource managers, and resource masters. It consists of two buttons through which a user can log his/her timecards and add his/her qualifications. Workspace menu: displays the available workspaces. Ideas, Demands, Projects, Project Tasks, Resource Requests and Resource Assignments. Each workspace displays a list of ideas, demands, projects, projects tasks, resource requests and resource assignments created. Create menu: displays options to create a new Idea, Demand, Project, Portfolio and Resource Request. Portfolios: displays a list of Portfolios created. Resources menu: displays available lists and consoles related to Resource Management. Resource Qualifications, the console of Timecard Approvals, Resource Timecards and Resource Availability.
		Shows the notifications for your profile. For example, when a project task is assigned to the currently logged in user, they will get a notification that will appear under this bell icon.
		The menu displays the following user options: My Qualifications: access My Qualifications where users can relate and manage qualifications. Log Timecards: access the Timecard Dashboards console where users can enter a new timecard. My Preferences: enter the preferred language of the user. Sign Out: log out.
		Shows the configuration settings in Fusion Agility Suite, Administering.
		Reports: Click to launch the Reporting dashboard and access reports. For more information, refer to Viewing Reports
2	Workspace Resource Groups	List of resource groups of the user.
3	Workspace Members	List of the users members of the resource group selected in previous workspace.
4	Workspace Qualifications	List of qualifications related with the user selected in previous workspace.
5	Search grid	Search in the workspace by entering the keywords or ID.
6		Filter the listed records by entering or selecting values. You can use preset filters that are readily available to narrow down your search. Preset filters are filters that are available out of the box. Learn more about creating filters in Defining filter presets to search records.
7		Modify the visible columns in the workspace.
8	Function	Add Qualification for Resource: add new qualification for user member selected, see Adding-and-removing-qualifications.
9	Qualification ID	Open a qualification, see Viewing-and-updating-qualifications.
