Resource qualifications console


Resource Qualifications is a console that is used for managing the qualifications for all members of a resource group.

This console is accessible by Resource Masters and Resource managers. These users can view all resource groups, their members, and the qualifications that the members have.

To access Resource Qualifications Console, log in to the Agility Suite application and click Resources > Resources Qualifications.

Access menus

Navigate to the following options available in Fusion Agility Suite:

Shows the notifications for your profile.

For example, when a project task is assigned to the currently logged in user, they will get a notification that will appear under this bell icon.

The menu displays the following user options:

  • My Qualifications: access My Qualifications where users can relate and manage qualifications.

  • Log Timecards: access the Timecard Dashboards console where users can enter a new timecard.

  • My Preferences: enter the preferred language of the user.

  • Sign Out: log out.

Shows the configuration settings in Fusion Agility Suite, Administering.

Reports: Click to launch the Reporting dashboard and access reports.

List of resource groups of the user.

Search in the workspace by entering the keywords or ID.

Filter the listed records by entering or selecting values.

You can use preset filters that are readily available to narrow down your search. Preset filters are filters that are available out of the box. Learn more about creating filters in Defining filter presets to search records.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
