Changing project statuses

When a new project is created, by default, its status is set to Draft and only the portfolio manager creator of the project can access the project. Once the project is moved to the 'Plan/Prepare' status, the Project Manager of the project, Portfolio Manager of the portfolio, Project Masters, Portfolio Masters and Project Managers with write addtional access in the project, can move it to different statuses throughout its lifecycle.
