Entering Stakeholders


This topic guides you on how to enter stakeholders related to the demand.

These operations can be performed by the Demand Contributor creator of the demand (if demand status is 'Draft' or 'Requested'), Demand Manager of the demand, Portfolio Manager of the portfolio and Portfolio Masters.

Once demand is 'Assessed' status, it is not allowed to enter new stakeholders.

To relate a new stakeholder to the demand

  1. Log in to the Agility Suite application
  2. Navigate to Workspaces > Demands.
  3. To open a Demand on the Demands workspace, click the required demand ID.
  4. Go to the Stakeholder tab and click the Add Stakeholder button.
  5. On the create stakeholder page, enter the values for the following fields: 

    Field Labels

    Description

    Stakeholder

    Name of stakeholder: you can enter your name, email or login ID.

    Mail Role 

    Board, Budget Owner, C-Level, Contractor, Informal, LOB Manager.

    Approval Required

    Yes/No.

    Additional Roles

    Board, Budget Owner, C-Level, Contractor, Informal, LOB Manager.

  6. Click Save.
