When a new demand is created, by default, its status is set to Draft. Demand contributor creator of the demand can modify the status in 'Draft'. Demand Manager of the demand, Portfolio Manager of the potfolio and Portfolio Masters, can move the demand to different statuses throughout its lifecycle.
