Configuring Notification
Fusion Agility Suite provides email and alert notifications. For example: When a task is assigned to a user, an email notification is sent and a notification icon appears in the bell icon on Innovation Studio. The user can see the details by clicking the link in the email or by tapping on the bell icon.
You must be a Remedy Administrator to configure notifications.
- Log on to BMC Helix Innovation Studio as an administrator.
- From the Application Settings list, select Foundation > People > People, and then click Open.
- In the People form, search for the person.
- Select the person, and then click the Access Details tab.
- From the field Default Notify Mechanism list, choose Alert and Email.
- Save your changes.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
