Verifying the version of BMC Service Resolution

After you enable the BMC Service Resolution configuration, you do not know which version of BMC Service Resolution is enabled. Moreover, the version that is enabled does not appear in the integration UI.

  1. Open the BMC_ProactiveNet_installationDirectory/integrations/ibrsd/conf/IBRSD.conf or the BMC_ProactiveNet_installationDirectory/custom/conf/pronet.conf file.
  2. Check the value of the it.integration.version property:
    • If the value is itv3, BMC Service Resolution 3.0 is enabled. For example, it.integration.version=itv3
    • If the value is itv2, BMC Intelligent Ticketing 2.0 is enabled. For example, it.integration.version=itv2
    • If the property is not defined in the file, BMC Intelligent Ticketing 2.0 is enabled.
