Notes

• Currently, BMC Service Resolution 3.0.01 supports BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management 10.0.00 and later on Microsoft Windows only. See Patch-1-for-Service-Pack-1-3-0-01-001.
• To get the Service Pack 1:3.0.01 features on BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management, after installing the latest BPPM hotfix, you need to run the 3.0.01 BPPM installer on the Infrastructure Management computer. For more information, see Service Pack 1: 3.0.01.
• To get the Service Pack 1:3.0.01 features on BMC Remedy ITSM, you need to run the 3.0.01 ITSM installer on the BMC Remedy ITSM computer. For more information, see Service-Pack-1-3-0-01.
• If your are publishing Configuration Items from BMC Atrium CMDB to BMC ProactiveNet/BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management, you must install the relevant versions of BMC Atrium CMDB Extensions on the BMC Remedy ITSM computer.

Notes

• To get the BMC Service Resolution features on BMC Remedy ITSM, you need to install BMC Service Resolution on the BMC Remedy ITSM computer. See Installing-BMC-Service-Resolution-3-0-for-BMC-Remedy-IT-Service-Management.
• If you have installed BMC Remedy ITSM Service Pack 2 Patch 001 (8.1.02.001), you need not install the BMC ProactiveNet Extensions because the extensions are available out of the box in this patch.
