Enhanced support for BMC Control-M Workload Automation events

The following enhancement is introduced in BMC Service Resolution 3.0 to facilitate integration of Incident Management with BMC Control-M Workload Automation events and enhance the amount of information that is available when creating an incident.

Improved the support to integrate BMC Control-M Workload Automation with Incident Management

Using BMC Service Resolution 3.0, more enriched BMC Control-M events can be sent to Incident Management and create an incident for that event. See Integrating-BMC-Control-M-Workload-Automation-with-BMC-Service-Desk-Incident-Management.
