Notifications sent to requesters

The following table lists default notifications that are triggered by various request lifecycle states and status changes. Notifications might vary for a particular request.

Note

In BMC Remedy with Smart IT, the Initiated status is called Planning. For more information, seeSubmitting service requests using Smart IT.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
