The following forms are included in the data models:

Form

Description

SLM:ServiceTarget

Stores the definition information for service targets, such as name, description, data source, terms and conditions, goals, and so on

SLM:SLADefinition

Stores the definition of the agreement, such as name, description, expiration date, target compliance, review periods, and so on

SLM:PenaltiesRewards

Defines a sliding scale of penalties and rewards, based on the compliance target

SLM:Contract

Defines the contract between service providers and customers, including one or more agreements

SLM:GoalCost

Repository for custom and template goal and cost schedule (time ranges by weekday)

SLM:Category

Stores the hierarchy of folders seen in the tree control on the console and dashboard

SLM:Milestone

Defines of milestones, such as name, description, type, condition, and so on

SLM:RuleAction

Base definition of actions related to a milestone. Actions of different types can be derived from this base object.

SLM:ConfigGoalTypes

User-defined set of Goal labels, such as Incident Response Time, Application Availability, and so on. These goal labels apply to four major goal categories: Request-based, Performance Monitoring, Availability, and Compliance Only.

SLM:ConfigDataSource

Stores configuration information for each data source for the SLM application

BusinessEntity

Core AR System object; it defines a set of time segments as "available" or "unavailable". This object is used to define business hours, holidays, and blackout periods.

SLM:SystemMetrics

View form on the system_metrics table that stores the definition of KPIs discovered on a Collection Node
