Viewing incidents on an iPhone


This topic provides information about viewing incidents and incident details using the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management application on the Apple iPhone. 

When you launch the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management application, the application displays the Incident main page as shown in the following figure:

You can view the following incident information by using the Show and Custom Filter buttons:

  • Shows All shows all incident categories.
  • Show Errors shows any errors that occur in updating incidents.
  • Show Pending Changes shows updates that have not been submitted while the device was in offline mode.
  • Show New shows only incidents that have been changed and require attention.
  • Custom Filter allows you to filter incidents by their incident status. For more information, see Custom Filter.

The following legend provides information about the icons used in the approval mobile application:

The following setting options are available:

  • Change server — Change the BMC Remedy Action Request System server to which you want to connect.
  • Reset — Reset the local database and log back in.
  • About — Get information about the Incident Management version, built date, and copyright.

  • Cancel
