Launching the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management application


  1. On the screen of your mobile device, tap the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Incident Management icon. 
  2. Enter the Internet Protocol (IP) address or server name of the BMC Remedy ITSM gateway.
  3. Enter the Tomcat port number used to connect to the server.
  4. Tap Save.
  5. Enter the logon name and password.
  6. Tap Login. A tile view of incident records is displayed as shown in Viewing-incidents.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
