This page provides information about BMC Remedy Action Request System and which forms and fields are mobilized in the Incident Management application. 

HPD:Help Desk form

The following field IDs, names, and labels from the HPD:Help Desk form are available in the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility: Service Desk application. An asterisk (*) following a field label indicates that it is a required field. A plus sign (+) following a field label indicates that the field can perform a search in the browser, but not in our mobile client. You can type something in that field and click Enter and that field will return the search result.
