Navigating the Incident Management interface


This section provides information about navigating and using the user interface for the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility: Service Desk client application for Incident Management.

Depending on your organization, there are several ways to obtain the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility: Service Desk client for Incident Management application. For more information, see Distributing BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility: Service Desk applications. For information about whether your device meets the minimum system requirements to install and run the Incident Management application, see  the appropriate device requirements in that section.
