Modifying application settings
This topic provides information about modifying the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility: Service Desk Approvals applications settings.
To modify the Approvals application settings
From the Approvals main page, as shown in Viewing-approvals, tap the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and select one of the following setting options:
- Change server — Change the BMC Remedy Action Request System server to which you want to connect.
- Reset — Reset the local database and log back in.
- About — Get information about the Incident Management version, built date, and copyright.
- Logout — Log out of Approvals.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
