Incident Management enhancements
Following are the enhancements for Incident Management in this release:
- Native client for iPhone for superior performance
- Create new Incidents using the BlackBerry phones
- Filtering and Sorting for BlackBerry client
- BlackBerry Push Notifications
Approvals enhancements
Following are the enhancements for Approvals in this release:
- None.
Mobility server enhancements
Following are the enhancements for the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility: Service Desk server for this release:
- Android C2DM Notifications are no longer supported, because C2DM has been deprecated by Google. For this and future releases, Google Cloud Messaging Service (GCM) will be used.
- Android GCM and Blackberry Alerts
- Mobility cluster configuration
Platform enhancements
Following are the enhancements for the platform in BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility: Service Desk for this release:
- SAML based authentication
- Multi-tenant configuration using the Mobility Administration Console.
