Uninstalling

This topic describes how to uninstall the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility server from a computer running Microsoft Windows or Linux. 

To uninstall the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility server from Windows

  1. Stop the service.
  2. Go to Stop Services > Control Panel Services.
  3. Stop the Apache Tomcat service.
  4. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs.
  5. Remove the BMC Mobility Server.

To uninstall the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility server from Linux

  1. Go to the Tomcat installation directory.
  2. Go to the bin directory.
  3. Run the shutdown.sh script.
  4. Remove the MobilityServer installation directory.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
