Viewing approval details

From the details page of the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Approvals application you can view incident details such as:

  • Additional details
  • Requester
  • Approver
  • Summary (what needs to be approved)
  • Request Date
  • Priority
  • Status
  • Status Date
  • Phase
  • Source ID
  • Action Date

To see approval details

  1. From the Approvals main page (see Viewing-approvals), tap any one of the following Approval categories:
    • Show All
    • Show Pending
    • Show New
    • Then, for example, the Approvals - New Changes list view is displayed as shown in the following example:

  2. Tap an approval. The Approval Details page is displayed as shown in the following example:

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
