Viewing approvals

This section provides information about viewing approvals and approval details using the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Approvals application.

When you launch the Approvals application, the application displays the Approvals main page as shown in the following figure:

You can view the following information by using the Show and Filter by Status buttons:

  • Shows All shows all approval categories.
  • Show Errors shows any errors that occur in updating approvals.
  • Show Pending Changes shows updates that have not been submitted while the device was in offline mode.
  • Show New shows only approvals that have been changed and require attention.
  • Filter by status allows you to filter approvals by their approval status. For more information, see Filtering-by-status.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
