Launching the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Approvals application

  1. On the screen of your mobile device, tap the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility for Approvals icon. 
  2. Enter the Internet Protocol (IP) address or server name of the BMC Remedy ITSM gateway.

  3. Enter the port number used to connect to the server.

    Warning

    Note

    If you are using BMC Remedy OnDemand, then:
     Server name = nextgen.onbmc.com
     Port = 2042

  4. Tap Save.
  5. Enter the login name and password.
  6. Tap Login.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
