Upgrading

Perform the following steps, to upgrade BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility server:

  1. Run the setup.cmd file after you download the zip file from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site and extract it.
  2. In the Mobility Server and Cluster Selection page, select the Upgrade Mobility Server only option.

  3. Follow the rest of steps that you perform during a fresh installation. See Performing-the-installation.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
