BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility application errors


The following table lists BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility application error codes and messages:

Unrecoverable Error: A fatal error occurred in the data server. Please contact your administrator.

Unrecoverable Error: A fatal error occurred in the mobility server. Please contact your administrator.

Application Error: A process on the data server returned an error.

1003

Sync Failed: Data synchronization failed.

Data synchronization failed.

1004

Sync Failed: One or more required fields have missing values.

Add the missing values to the fields.

1005

Sync Failed: A field value does not fall within limits.

A field value does not fall within limits.

1006

Login Failed: An authentication error occurred in the data server.

Authentication failed

1007

Invalid Session: The session between the BMC Mobility app and the BMC Mobility server has expired. Please try again.

Log on into BMC Mobility again.

1008

Invalid Client: This app is not compatible with the BMC Mobility server. Please contact your administrator.

No Permissions: You do not have access to this BMC Mobility application. Please contact your administrator.

Invalid Device: Your device model is not supported. Please contact your administrator.
