Troubleshooting authentication failures
This topic provides information about troubleshooting an authentication failure when an incorrect password is entered to connect to BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility server.
If you entered an incorrect password to connect to the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility server, the following messages are logged in the mobility.log file:

com.bmc.bsm.mobile.errorhandling.MobilityException: ERROR (623): Authentication failed;
To correct the BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility server password, use the following URL:
http://<mobility server name>:<web server port>/MobilityServer/admin/
