iOS device requirements

The Apple iOS device requirements for operating system and memory are:

  • The operating system must be iOS 4.4 or later.
  • The memory must be at least 8 GB.

The specific supported iOS devices that are supported, if they meet the above requirements, are:

  • iPhone 3 - supports both Incident Management and Approvals applications
  • iPhone 3GS - supports both Incident Management and Approvals applications
  • iPhone 4 - supports both Incident Management and Approvals applications
  • iPhone 4GS - supports both Incident Management and Approvals applications
  • iPad 1 - supports only the Incident Management application
  • iPad 2 - supports only the Incident Management application
  • iPad 3 - supports only the Incident Management application
