Update 01 to the 18.02 release includes the following changes:
Support for using custom fields for CA Agile Central
BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management supports the use of custom fields for CA Agile Central. You can choose to map custom fields from CA Agile Central to Remedy ITSM incident fields by creating a custom flow and schema. Creating a new configuration for your connector and adding an account that has the custom fields make the required fields available for mapping. For more information, see Configuring-connectors.
