Performance lab deployment architecture
The following image describes the benchmark environment of BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management. Infrastructure includes the BMC Remedy Smart IT application and JIRA on-premises setup at the internal BMC Lab where as Salesforce and Integration services were hosted on the cloud. Integration Services were hosted on AWS EC2 instances. SilkPerformer agents were located at the internal BMC Lab.
