Selecting features to implement

BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management provides a number of features for incident brokering and DevOps integration. As a tenant administrator, you need to select the features that you want to use so that BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management can list all the components that you need to configure.

To select features to configure

  1. Launch Innovation Studio using the URL provided in the email sent to you by BMC, and log in as a tenant administrator.
  2. Navigate to Workspace > Applications and click BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management from the list of applications.
  3. Click Visit Deployed Application on the top-right corner of the page to launch BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management.
    You can also access BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management by using the URL, https://hostName:portNumber/com.bmc.dsm.mcsm/index.html and logging in as a tenant administrator.
  4. In BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management, click Settingssettings.png to open the configuration page.
  5. Navigate to Start Here > Quick Configuration Guide.
    BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management lists the features available to you.
  6. Select the features that you want to implement.
  7. Click Done.
    BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management displays a list of the connectors, flows, and processes that you need to configure.

Navigate to the configuration pages using the links provided for the connectors, flows, and processes, and complete the configuration.
